Professional Class: Theo TJ Lowe

A highly physical contemporary class, involving a focus on core strength and the dancers’ body being grounded through movement exploration. Through a series of complex technical phrases and a series of guided improvisations, Theo will reconnect the dancer’s to self and their inner energy. By bringing the dancers back to their bodies, Theo will open dancers to a physical expression from the inside out.
