Professional Class: Stephen Moynihan

Stephen’s class draws on many different aspects of his work over his professional career. It uses Bartenieff Fundamentals as one of the basic focuses of the class. In this, there is an emphasis on the breath to soften the muscles, support the joints and practice with a functional use of energy. There is a strong attention brought to articulation and the importance of making clear dynamic choices as the body moves. The class will move in and out of the floor and build in pace to allow freedom in movement, whilst maintaining high energy.

Unfortunately Jacob Ingram-Dodd is unable to teach this week as previously advertised. Many thanks to Stephen Moynihan for stepping in at short notice.
