Professional Class: Flora Wellesley Wesley

This class will explore our relationship to uprightness and horizontality, sensitivity and impulse, power and ease. Taking an embodied dive into our physiology and imagination, we'll tune into our bodies as textural, tonal, weighty moving landscapes. Using hands on exercises and partnering tasks to heighten our bodily awareness and provide sensational inspiration to move, the class will invite instinctual and studied movement exploration from the mercurial to the musical.

  • There is no Professional Class on Good Friday (Friday 14 April)
  • Until 28 April, classes are priced at £4.20 each. From 2 May, there will be a small increase to £4.50 per class.
