This series of online classes provide an opportunity to slow down, fill our lungs with precious air, energise our bodies and stay connected in these times of self isolation.
Sessions are based in dance technique, exploration and improvisation supported by work on the alignment of the spine and breath work to relieve tension and energise the body, while acknowledging and allowing emotion to be expressed through our physicality.
Please wear lose clothing and prepare a comfortable space to move. No previous dance experience required.
The link to download Zoom can be found here. We recommend you doing this in advance of your first session with us. Yo can also download the 'Zoom' app.
