Martha shares her grounded approach to the yoga practice through mindful, slow yet strong flow. Classes focus on students working inside their own bodies, encouraging a deep internal focus, allowing each to listen to what they need and respond mindfully.
Providing this space in practice means students can access exactly what they need each time they come to the mat, whatever form that takes.

Classes welcome all levels of experience.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in
  • Open level for ages 18+

A previously strong physical focused practitioner, Martha’s mind was opened to a whole other world of yoga during her teacher training with Yoga London. New elements of philosophical, mental and vibrational yoga started to infiltrate her own practice and ultimately led to her current approach to teaching, a joyful balanced practice with her own experience at heart.
